Beagle/Purebred: An adoptable dog in State College, PA
Norman is a mate to Sophie. Their owner couldn’t keep them and had to surrender them to PCF. He has the typical beagle personality, nose and bark. He and Sophie spend a lot of time sleeping and eating and sleeping and eating. We would love to have them adopted as a pair.
