Terrier, Pit Bull/Mix: An adoptable dog in State College, PA
Rosie is the sweetest girl. She came from a really horrendous situation, being kept in the basement of a condemned house without going outside for 4 months. After all the trauma she has gone through she is one of the nicest, friendliest dogs we have in the center. She is young, maybe a year old and spayed and vaccinated. She is a variety of breeds and a wonderful. Come and meet her and you will be smitten by her charms!
